Hilary is a 4th generation Hancock Park resident, with strong roots and care for the Larchmont Community. A graduate of Marlborough High School & UCLA, she was a Division IV Volleyball Player, and brings the same passion to her Yoga Practice. Certified in Therapeutic Yoga, Breath Work, Meditation, Reiki & Intuitive Healing, she brings all of these modalities to serve her clientele. Therapeutic Yoga meets people's body, mind & spirit exactly where they are at. There is no prerequisite or physical limitations, that therapeutic yoga cannot meet. Hilary especially enjoys working with Newcomers, Seniors, Children, Pre/Post natal, or those who may be injured, house boud or ill. To help bring Yoga to them, and make it accessible to all. She teaches at Schools, Childen's Camps and After School Programs, Corporations and Small Businesses. As well as holding daily classes at her Studio on Larchmont, She also meets with people one-on-one to help find solutions to any obstacles they may be facing mentally, emotionally, physically or spiritually. To discover ways in which they can develop a self-practice to help meet and conquer those challenges.
The Larchmont Meditate & Yoga Room is located in the heart of Larchmont Village. Situated on Larchmont Blvd., between Beverly and Melrose, it host's daily classes and private session's. Classes are small and intimate (5-person), giving the student's more one-on-one attention and a sense of community to meet and socialize with other's in the class and meet fellow neighbor's. It is located around the back of a very quiet cottage-style house, providing a safe, private and quiet environment. Check-in is at their partner studio across the street: drPilates Studio, 418 N. Larchmont Boulevard. As studio partner's, clients can by monthly and series packages, and take any Yoga, Meditation or Pilates classes they want. Studio is open from 6am-10pm week days and 4pm weekends. All classes are VIRTUAL via. ZOOM during quarantine. There is a free Zoom 8PM EveningMeditation, as a community service for those who may be in need, during this time of isolation.
